Exchange & Returns Policy

At Musoka Fit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we’re happy to assist you. Please review our updated exchange policy below.

Exchanges

If you need to swap sizes, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us

    • Email musokafit@gmail.com with:
      • Your order details (order number & products purchased)
      • The size you wish to exchange for
  2. Stock Availability Check

    • We will check if the requested size is available and confirm via email.
  3. Return Label Issuance

    • If the requested size is in stock, we will provide a return label via email.
    • Please note: While we cover the upfront cost of the return label, you will be invoiced for it later.
  4. Send Back the Item

    • Visit your local Post to print and attach the return label (many Post Offices can print it for you).
    • Ship the package to the address provided on the label.
  5. Item Inspection

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  6. Invoice for Shipping Costs

    • You will receive an invoice for:
      • The return label cost (~$15-25)
      • The shipping fee for the new package (~$10-25)
  7. New Item Shipment

    • Once the invoice is paid, we will dispatch your replacement size and provide a tracking number.

Important Notes:

  • We do not cover exchange-related shipping costs at this stage in our business.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at musokafit@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
